On February 13, Beijing time, Anthropic, a competitor of OpenAI, announced the completion of its Series G funding round, raising $30 billion and achieving a post-investment valuation of $380 billion (approximately RMB 2.6 trillion). This marks the second-largest funding round in the large language model industry, second only to OpenAI's $40 billion funding deal last year. Anthropic has thus become the world's second AI unicorn with a valuation exceeding $2 trillion. In September last year, Anthropic completed its Series F funding round, raising $13 billion with a valuation of $183 billion. Its valuation has doubled after this round, placing it among the top 30 global listed companies based on this valuation.
