As per reports from Bloomberg and Reuters dated January 17, Musk has put forth a claim seeking compensation in the range of $79 billion to $134 billion from OpenAI and Microsoft. He accuses OpenAI of engaging in fraudulent behavior by partnering with Microsoft, which he contends goes against the organization's initial non-profit mission. In response, both OpenAI and Microsoft have refuted these allegations. Earlier, a U.S. federal judge turned down the petition by OpenAI and Microsoft to sidestep a jury trial, and it is anticipated that the case will proceed to court in April.
