Even amid economic uncertainties, numerous small - business owners in the United States are still upbeat about the prospects for the upcoming year. And a significant part of this optimism stems from artificial intelligence. Goldman Sachs Group conducted a survey involving around 1,400 small - business owners and shared the exclusive results with Yahoo Finance prior to the '10,000 Small Businesses Summit' held in Washington, D.C.
The survey findings showed that, despite worries about escalating costs, economic unpredictability, and challenges in securing financing, a remarkable 78% of small - business owners were optimistic about the business outlook for the next year. What's more, among those small businesses that have adopted AI, a staggering 94% believed that artificial intelligence has brought positive changes to their operations.
