In a recent statement, Yoozoo Global revealed that its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely Shanghai Chiyou Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Chiyou Information") and Shanghai Yoozoo Interactive Entertainment Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereafter known as "Yoozoo Interactive Entertainment"), have outlined plans to team up with Wuxi Xintong Technology Co., Ltd. (Wuxi Xintong) and Wuxi Xinwu District Xinhong Development Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (dubbed as "Xinhong Development") to co-establish the Wuxi Xinwu District Yunxing Intelligent Computing Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (henceforth referred to as "Wuxi Yunxing Intelligent Computing"). The projected total scale of Wuxi Yunxing Intelligent Computing is capped at no more than RMB 6.673 billion. Among this, Yoozoo Interactive Entertainment and Chiyou Information are poised to inject no more than RMB 1.001 billion of their own capital, which will constitute no more than 15% of the total investment, with an initial combined contribution amounting to RMB 200 million.
