On October 24, Zhihu and ModelScope collaboratively unveiled the "White Paper on the Developer Ecosystem in the AI Era." According to the report, the number of AI developers in China has surged to 9.4 million, emerging as the pivotal driving force behind the practical application of AI technology. Among these developers, a staggering 93.35% boast a bachelor's degree or higher qualifications, with nearly half of them holding master's or doctoral degrees. The majority of these developers are young and middle-aged individuals, aged between 28 and 37, and are predominantly concentrated in the internet and AI sectors.
