Google is weaving conversational artificial intelligence (AI) into Google Photos, aiming to offer users a more robust and intuitive photo editing experience. Now, users have the ability to carry out intricate photo edits using straightforward voice or text commands. This move signifies Google's effort to broaden its generative AI (GenAI) product range, extending it beyond Pixel phones to encompass a larger portion of the Android ecosystem.

This enhancement encompasses conversational AI editing capabilities, enabling users to swiftly modify images by merely articulating their requirements. Additionally, there's newfound support for C2PA content credentials, which guarantees transparency regarding the origin and modification history of images that have been edited using AI.

Initially, this feature made its debut on Pixel 10 devices in the United States and is set to progressively roll out to a greater number of Android and, potentially in the future, iOS devices.
