At the Cloud Town Conference on September 24, 2025, Zhou Jingren, the Chief Technology Officer of Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Group, revealed that as of now, Tongyi Qianwen has cumulatively open-sourced over 300 models, covering full sizes and full modalities, with downloads surpassing 600 million times. During the conference, Alibaba Cloud newly released several models including Qwen3-VL. Additionally, Tongyi Wanxiang has generated over 390 million images and more than 70 million videos.
