This year's autumn recruitment season has seen a substantial uptick in the demand for talent in AI-related internet roles, drawing a multitude of overseas students back to China for career opportunities. Data reveals that in the third quarter, the recruitment demand for artificial intelligence engineers witnessed a 25% year-on-year surge. Notably, the demand for algorithm engineers, robot algorithm engineers, and deep learning engineers soared by 69%, 51%, and 7% year-on-year, respectively. Regarding salary, the average monthly income for artificial intelligence engineers stands at 21,370 yuan, whereas robot algorithm engineers command an average monthly wage of 26,971 yuan, reflecting a 10% year-on-year hike.
