On June 16, 2025, at the UITP Global Public Transport Summit in Hamburg, Germany, BYD introduced its latest electric bus model, the B13.b. This 13-meter bus is equipped with BYD's proprietary Blade Battery, offering an impressive battery capacity of 560kWh and an estimated driving range of up to 700 kilometers, making it ideal for long-distance intercity travel. The B13.b supports either single-gun 192kW or dual-gun charging, with a maximum displayed charging power of 500kW, drastically reducing charging wait times.
