Despite being labeled as used, these vehicles have barely been driven, with mileages hovering around four to five kilometers, and appear virtually brand new. Prices are on par with those offered through Xiaomi's official channels. Car dealers assure buyers that the entire ownership transfer process, encompassing car settings, account transfers, and registration certificate updates, can be concluded within two hours. The long wait time for Xiaomi SU7, which can stretch up to 10 months, has prompted some consumers to transfer their orders to used car dealers, thereby fueling this trend. However, Xiaomi Automobile's official customer service has cautioned against purchasing these used cars, stressing that the company does not endorse any form of order transfer and will investigate the situation.
