Li Xiaoshuang, Vice President of Xiaomi Automobile, recently debunked the rumor that "Xiaomi will collapse if orders are canceled," describing it as false information and expressing a desire for direct communication with users to address any concerns. Prior to this, a controversy arose over alleged misleading advertising regarding the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra model, prompting car owners to initiate consumer protection actions. An online commentator revealed a meeting lasting over three hours with Xiaomi Automobile executives regarding this matter, but the two parties could not agree on a compensation plan for car returns. Currently, a group of car owners planning to jointly sue Xiaomi Automobile accuse the company of false advertising and demand "a refund plus triple compensation."
