Times Qiji New Energy Technology (Suizhou)'s business portfolio encompasses the research and development of cutting-edge energy technologies, the marketing of battery swapping systems for new energy vehicles, and the sales of fully assembled new energy vehicles. According to shareholder records, Times Qiji New Energy Technology (Suizhou) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Times Qiji Green Energy Technology (Hubei) Co., Ltd., which is itself a subsidiary of CATL.
