Recently, Beijing JD.com 360-degree E-commerce Co., Ltd. has submitted applications for the registration of multiple "AIJoy" trademarks, encompassing international classifications such as scientific instruments, transportation means, and communication services. These applications are currently awaiting substantive examination. Prior to this, the company had also registered the "Joyrobotaxi" trademark, fueling market speculation that it might be gearing up to offer autonomous taxi services.
