Recently, the Tianyancha App has disclosed that three new companies have been established: Time Chivalry New Energy Technology (Hangzhou), Time Chivalry New Energy Technology (Ya'an), and Time Chivalry New Energy Technology (Ningbo). These companies have been incorporated with registered capital of 5 million, 5 million, and 20 million RMB, respectively. Their business scope encompasses the R&D of cutting-edge energy technologies, the marketing of battery swapping equipment for new energy vehicles, and the sales of complete new energy vehicles. Shareholder details reveal that all three enterprises are indirectly wholly owned and operated by Ningpu Era Battery Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL).
