NIO has internally announced significant personnel adjustments. Shen Hong, previously the head of user relations, has resigned for personal reasons. Taking over the reins will be Sun Ming, who will now report directly to Senior Vice President Wei Jian. As part of this transition, Sun Ming will relinquish his concurrent role as general manager of the Shanghai regional company. Xia Qinghua has been appointed to lead the Shanghai regional company, reporting to President Qin Lihong, and will step away from his previous duties in user operations and services at Ledao. Meanwhile, Ai Tiecheng, the former president of Ledao Auto, has departed, leaving Shen Fei to assume the presidency. Xia Qinghua and the general managers of Ledao's national regional companies will now report to Shen Fei. Despite these changes, the Ledao brand remains strong, having delivered 4,820 new vehicles in March.
