In the evening of March 29, a tragic traffic accident unfolded on an expressway in Anhui. A Xiaomi SU7 Standard Edition vehicle, operating under NOA intelligent assisted driving mode, entered a construction diversion area but failed to promptly recognize it. Consequently, the vehicle collided with a cement pillar in the median strip and caught fire. At the time of the incident, the vehicle was traveling at a speed of 116 km/h and had reduced to approximately 97 km/h upon detecting an obstacle; however, it was unable to avert the collision. The accident tragically claimed the lives of three individuals. In response, Xiaomi swiftly formed a special task force to collaborate with the police investigation and provide full support to the families affected by the incident.
