Times Qiji New Energy Technology (Panzhihua) Co., Ltd. has recently been incorporated, with Yan Zhuo appointed as its legal representative and a registered capital of RMB 5 million. The company's domain encompasses the R&D of cutting-edge energy technologies, the marketing of battery swapping equipment for new energy vehicles, the exploration and development of online energy measurement technology, contract energy management, and battery sales. According to Tianyancha App, this venture is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Times Qiji Green Energy Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., which itself is a subsidiary of CATL.
