On April 1, 2025, the Second Highway Detachment of Zhengzhou Traffic Police received a report of a single-vehicle accident involving a new energy SUV on the Zhengzhou-Minquan Highway at the 2-kilometer marker. According to the Zhengzhou Traffic Police, the accident vehicle sustained significant damage, fortunately without any reported injuries. Following an investigation, it was revealed that the driver, surnamed Liu, was utilizing the vehicle's assistance system during the drive, but the SUV unexpectedly veered off the lane and its left front wheel collided with the central guardrail, resulting in a tire blowout.
