On March 18, 2025, Guangqi's Aion LX Plus, a medium to large SUV from the Aion brand, officially commenced pre-orders. A total of six models are available for pre-order, comprising four pure electric variants and two extended-range models, priced between RMB 279,800 and RMB 329,800. Built on Guangqi's proprietary AEP3.0 pure electric platform, the Aion LX Plus offers two seating configurations—five and six seats—and comes standard with LiDAR technology. In terms of powertrain, it offers a choice between rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive, as well as various range options for both pure electric and extended-range models. Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with the ADiGO intelligent driving assistance system. During the pre-order period, Guangqi has introduced multiple incentives, including deposit discounts and trade-in subsidies, and has initiated a recruitment drive for "Intelligent Driving Experience Officers." The company has also unveiled the "Star Spirit Intelligent Travel" plan to expedite its strategic focus on intelligence.
