On March 17, BYD introduced its groundbreaking Super e-Platform, featuring the innovative "Megawatt Flash Charge" technology. This technology offers a charging power of up to 1 megawatt (1000kW) and a peak charging speed of "2 kilometers per second." Concurrently, BYD commenced the pre-sale of the Han L and Tang L models. The Super e-Platform employs a 1000V high-voltage architecture across all domains, with key components like batteries, motors, and power supplies upgraded to 1000V. Coupled with the new "Flash Charge Battery," this technology slashes internal resistance by 50%, boosts charging current to 1000A, achieves a charging rate of 10C, and adds an impressive 400 kilometers of range in just 5 minutes.
