On October 20, Neolix, a pioneering autonomous driving technology firm, proudly announced the successful closure of its Series E funding round, raising nearly US$400 million. This feat marks the largest single financing event in China's autonomous driving landscape for the year 2026. To date, Neolix's cumulative financing has soared past the 10 billion yuan milestone, cementing its position as the leader in the unmanned delivery vehicle sector.
This latest funding round was co-led by Boyu Investment and the National Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund, with significant contributions from esteemed institutions including the Alibaba AEF NextGen Hong Kong Fund, Monolith Capital, GGV Capital, Vertex Growth (a Temasek-backed entity), Meridian Capital, and GAC Capital. Long-standing and early investors, such as Leishi Capital, SoftBank Asia, and Yizhuang International Investment, also demonstrated their continued confidence by participating in this round. Golden Goose Capital played a pivotal role as the exclusive financial advisor.
Neolix has made remarkable strides in deploying its technology, with over 30,000 L4-level unmanned delivery vehicles now operational across nearly 20 countries and more than 300 cities worldwide. The cumulative operational mileage of these autonomous vehicles has surpassed an impressive 260 million kilometers.
The proceeds from this funding round will be strategically allocated to several key areas. Neolix aims to deepen its refined operational network, enhance the localized service hub layout in critical global markets, and bolster investments in end-to-end large model data training loops. Additionally, the company is committed to elevating the safety standards and vehicle performance of its autonomous driving solutions while simultaneously reducing lifecycle operational and maintenance costs.
