In light of the brake pedal bracket fracture incidents reported in the Zunjie V800 model, a collaborative investigation team has been formed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Cyberspace Administration of China, and the State Administration for Market Regulation to thoroughly examine and verify the matter. The team is committed to addressing the issue strictly in line with legal and regulatory frameworks and will swiftly disclose their investigation results to the public. Prior to this, Zunjie Auto had issued a statement explaining their testing procedures, asserting that the pedal design adheres to industry standards. However, this has done little to quell public skepticism, and numerous vehicle owners have reported that their requests for returns have been rejected.
