Xpeng Motors has officially announced the commencement of pre-sales for the MONA L05, the inaugural large five-seater SUV within its MONA lineup. Consumers can now choose from five distinct models, with pre-sale prices spanning from 169,800 yuan to 191,800 yuan. The much-anticipated official launch is slated for October 29. This vehicle comes with two powertrain configurations: a pure electric option and an extended-range variant. The pure electric model impresses with a maximum CLTC range of up to 635 kilometers. Meanwhile, the extended-range model offers a maximum CLTC pure electric range of 310 kilometers and, when fully fueled and charged, boasts a combined range of up to 1,310 kilometers. Regarding intelligent driving capabilities, the Max version is outfitted with a single Turing AI chip, providing an effective computing power of 750 TOPS. On the other hand, the Ultra SE version doubles down with two chips, elevating the effective computing power to a remarkable 1,500 TOPS.
