On October 15, Zunjie Auto released a statement addressing the issue of a brake pedal bracket fracture in its vehicles. The company emphasized its proactive response, full compliance, and unwavering cooperation with the joint investigation team, which was established by three departments, including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. This approach underscores Zunjie Auto's commitment to resolutely safeguarding consumer rights and promoting the overall development of the new energy vehicle industry. Previously, a test video from Dongchedi revealed that the brake pedal bracket of the Zunjie V800 fractured during emergency braking, sparking widespread concern. Zunjie Auto clarified that its brake system development and validation standards surpass both national and industry benchmarks, and no such fracture failures have been reported in real-world usage. The company also pledged to optimize component design and offer free upgrades to customers who have already received their vehicles.
