On October 15, it was reported that Tesla plans to add a new highlight to its ground vehicle business through a flight demonstration. On Thursday, Tesla will unveil the new Roadster sports car in Texas. This model, which was discontinued more than a decade ago, is now being reintroduced with upgrades. The addition of the new Roadster will enrich Tesla's streamlined product lineup, which currently relies primarily on two mid-priced passenger vehicles. However, this demonstration will not be a traditional unveiling; Tesla is expected to showcase a Roadster capable of flight. Over the years, Tesla has been developing related prototypes, and CEO Musk has revealed that the vehicle will use rocket-like technology to achieve flight. Thursday evening's event will take place in a strictly controlled environment at SpaceX's rocket testing facility near Waco.
