The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) stated that Hyundai Motor America will recall 94,622 vehicles. The reason is that the front electric seat motors in some vehicles may overheat, potentially causing fires while the vehicles are parked or in motion. Affected models include certain 2015-2016 Hyundai Genesis and 2017-2020 Genesis G80 vehicles.
