Huawei's Executive Director, Yu Chengdong, revealed that the fully upgraded Luxeed R7 will make its official debut at a launch event on September 28 at 14:30, alongside the unveiling of the Luxeed RX. The upgraded Luxeed R7 has undergone a significant investment of 500 million yuan, resulting in eight system-level enhancements. Its all-electric variant offers an impressive maximum CLTC combined range of up to 855 kilometers. The intelligent driving system has been further refined, with optimized perception algorithms and improved execution response logic. Additionally, the chassis tuning has received specialized enhancements to boost steering precision and vehicle dynamic response speed.

The cabin seats have been thoughtfully redesigned with family use in mind, featuring a 16.1-inch 3K resolution central control screen and incorporating the HarmonyOS ALPS Healthy Cabin System. Yu Chengdong emphasized that the Luxeed R7 is poised to become the premier choice for home SUVs within the 250,000 yuan price bracket. The current Luxeed R7 is available with both extended-range and all-electric powertrain options, priced between 249,800 and 319,800 yuan. All variants come standard with Huawei's LiDAR technology, and the extended-range version boasts a maximum CLTC combined range of up to 1,673 kilometers.
