The Hongmeng Intelligent Mobility Alliance is poised to unveil two fresh Series 9 models this year: the Luxeed R9 and the Shangjie H9. Notably, the Luxeed R9 will come with an active suspension variant. Should this innovation prove successful, the Series 9 lineup will diversify from MPVs to encompass the SUV market as well. Luxeed is a brand co-developed by Huawei and Chery. Chery's recent procurement announcements are perceived as a precursor to the launch of new Luxeed models. The brand is anticipated to showcase Huawei's Tuling Longxing chassis, equipped with a comprehensive active suspension system. On the other hand, Shangjie represents a collaborative effort between Huawei and SAIC. Its inaugural model, the H5, has already hit the market, and the introduction of the H9 will bridge the gap for Shangjie in the premium Series 9 segment. Furthermore, Aito is set to delve into new models within the Hongmeng Intelligent Mobility Alliance framework, with Huawei allocating additional resources and emphasis to the four brands: Luxeed, Xiangjie, Zunjie, and Shangjie.
