On September 11th, reports emerged that nine departments, among which was the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, jointly released the '15th Five-Year Plan' for the Development of the Intelligent Connected New Energy Vehicle Industry. This plan outlines that by 2030, China aims to further solidify its advantages across the entire industrial chain of intelligent connected new energy vehicles, propelling the nation to the forefront of global automotive powers. The automotive industry's central position in the national economy will become even more pronounced, with the anticipated accomplishment of the carbon peak goal by 2030. This will spur the supply chain to expedite its shift towards environmentally friendly and low-carbon operations. Additionally, the safety performance of vehicles equipped with autonomous driving systems is expected to significantly outperform that of human-driven vehicles.
