The Beijing and Shanghai Auto Shows stand as premier automotive exhibitions in China. Traditionally, they have adhered to a well-established schedule, with Beijing hosting the event in April of even-numbered years and Shanghai taking the helm in April of odd-numbered years. Lately, following several rounds of discussions between the Shanghai Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Automotive Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, a mutual agreement has been struck: to persist with the odd-even year exhibition model. Specifically, the Beijing Auto Show in March 2027 will be organized as a specialized themed exhibition, pooling industry resources to foster high-quality advancement in the automotive industry.
