The WEY Gaoshan Family is poised to expand its lineup with the introduction of three fresh models: the updated versions of the Gaoshan 8 PHEV and Gaoshan 9 PHEV, alongside the debut of the Gaoshan 8 HEV. These newcomers will complement the existing offerings, creating a diverse product matrix characterized by dual styles and dual market positioning. The new models uphold the design ethos of 'Mountains and Flowing Water,' preserving an upscale MPV aesthetic. Notably, the two refreshed PHEV models are scheduled for a September market launch. The Gaoshan 8 PHEV boasts a 53.9kWh battery pack, delivering impressive all-electric driving range, and comes standard with a rear-seat entertainment display and the Coffee Pilot 4 driver-assistance system. The Gaoshan 9 PHEV elevates the luxury and intelligent driving experience, featuring a standard shared rail system for the second and third rows, and is equipped with the Coffee OS 4 cockpit system. Meanwhile, the Gaoshan 8 HEV is anticipated to hit the market in the fourth quarter, harnessing a hybrid powertrain that combines a 2.0T engine with the Hi4 Performance Edition intelligent all-wheel-drive system, emphasizing intelligence and all-wheel-drive prowess.
