As per reports, Tesla has ceased the sales of its solar roof tile offering, known as the Solar Roof. Insiders with knowledge of the project have revealed that Tesla has informed third-party installation partners that it will discontinue the supply of solar roof tiles going forward, opting to provide solar panels exclusively. One of these sources mentioned that, internally, Tesla deems the product to be financially untenable.
