Recently, the research team under the guidance of Academician Li Keqiang at Tsinghua University's School of Vehicle and Mobility has reached a significant milestone in the realm of autonomous driving technology. Spearheaded by Professor Li Shengbo and Assistant Researcher Guan Yang, the team's independently developed iDriveVLA model has clinched the top spot globally on the prestigious NAVSIM autonomous driving evaluation benchmark. According to the publicly available NAVSIM leaderboard, the iDriveVLA model attained an impressive score of 94.85 points on the core composite metric PDMS. This accomplishment represents another notable success for the team in the field of end-to-end foundational models, building upon their prior achievement of developing China's inaugural full-stack end-to-end autonomous driving system.
