On July 9, data newly released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers revealed that from January to June this year, China's new energy vehicle market demonstrated consistent growth in terms of production, sales, and exports. To be specific, the production volume of new energy vehicles hit 7.438 million units, while sales reached 7.446 million units, marking year-on-year increases of 6.7% and 7.3% respectively. In June alone, sales of new energy vehicles constituted nearly 60% of the total new car sales. As for exports, a total of 5.096 million vehicles were shipped overseas from January to June, up by 65.3% year on year. Among them, exports of new energy vehicles amounted to 2.355 million units, soaring by 1.2 times compared to the same period last year.
