Both parcels are earmarked for the production of automotive parts and accessories, and they come with stringent construction deadlines: construction must kick off before May 30, 2027, and reach completion and operational status before May 30, 2030. Data from the Guangdong Provincial Investment Project Filing Platform further reveals that the project, dubbed the "Dongguan Yinwang Intelligent Automotive Parts Manufacturing Project," entails a total investment of 3 billion yuan. It occupies roughly 576 acres (equivalent to 384,000 square meters) of land and boasts a total construction footprint of approximately 590,000 square meters.
