NIO clarified that a considerable volume of misinformation is currently proliferating on the internet, encompassing baseless rumors about the female protagonist featured in the promotional video for the ONVO brand. Furthermore, the online account "Shatou Finance" has been cited for disseminating inaccurate sales figures and maliciously concocting data on battery swap failures, with the intent to discredit NIO's battery swap stations and its multi-brand business model. The NIO Legal Department is committed to taking decisive legal action against those responsible for these infringements, in a bid to safeguard fair competition within the industry and preserve a wholesome online ecosystem.
