On May 19, Hesai Technology released its financial report for the first quarter of 2026, reporting revenue of RMB 680 million, a year-on-year increase of 29.6%. Hesai Technology announced that it has become a strategic LiDAR partner and L3 autonomous driving model supplier for Mercedes-Benz. Related products will be manufactured at the newly established 'Galileo' production center in Thailand to fully support Mercedes-Benz's vehicle projects in the European and Chinese markets.
