Recently, at the Volkswagen Group Night event, Jetta officially rolled out a fresh logo for its new energy vehicle (NEV) range and, at the same time, presented its inaugural NEV concept car, the JETTA X. The new logo seamlessly blends the letter "J" with a V-shaped double-line motif, presenting a clean and uncomplicated look that accentuates the brand's autonomous identity. It positions the brand as practical, youthful, and budget-friendly. This emblem is designated solely for NEV models, setting it apart from the logo used for fuel-powered cars. The JETTA X concept car embraces a new, sharp, and sturdy design language, boasting a split headlight configuration and a luminous logo at the front. Additionally, it features a floating roof and semi-concealed door handles, all of which amplify its tech-savvy and fashionable allure. On the brand front, Jetta has evolved into an independent technology company with local R&D decision-making power, thus streamlining its product development cycle. As per the plan, Jetta aims to introduce four NEV models by 2028, with its first mass-produced model set to enter the market this year.
