The 19th Beijing International Automotive Exhibition has commenced, and China Changan Automobile Group is making its presence felt with its five major brands. At the event, the automaker not only unveiled the ‘All Rivers Run into Sea’ Plan 2.0 but also announced the pricing and benefits for its Changan Blue Whale Super Engine dual-model vehicles. The plan sets an ambitious target: to double its overseas sales to 1.5 million units by 2030, and outlines seven key strategic initiatives to achieve this goal. Since the initial launch of the ‘All Rivers Run into Sea’ Plan in 2023, Changan has made significant strides, establishing 22 overseas manufacturing bases. By 2025, the company had already achieved 637,000 overseas sales, a testament to its rapid global expansion. The upgraded ‘All Rivers Run into Sea’ Plan 2.0 is built upon four core principles designed to propel the transformation and enhancement of its global development model. Changan is committed to bolstering its capabilities across seven key dimensions, including technology and product innovation. In the realm of technology, Changan will prioritize ultimate safety and comprehensive energy efficiency. Changan Tianshu Intelligence is set to delve deeper into three major areas, with the tire blowout stabilization function already in mass production, showcasing the company’s commitment to cutting-edge safety features. Furthermore, the Changan Blue Whale Super Engine Hybrid introduces the ‘Global Hybrid, Chinese Solution,’ marking the launch of two global models that blend innovative technology with a localized approach. Looking ahead, Changan will continue to be guided by the ‘All Rivers Run into Sea’ Plan 2.0, playing a pivotal role in supporting China’s ambition to become a global automotive powerhouse.
