According to the official website of the State Administration for Market Regulation, Jaguar Land Rover (China) Investment Co., Ltd. has submitted a recall proposal to the Administration, adhering to the "Regulations on the Recall of Defective Automotive Products" and its corresponding enforcement guidelines. The recall, identified by the number S2026M0038V, is set to commence on June 1, 2026. It encompasses certain imported Land Rover Range Rover and Range Rover Sport vehicles produced between January 18, 2022, and November 27, 2025, with a total of 147 units affected. The root cause of the recall lies in an irregularity during the adhesive application process for the roof trim, which could potentially lead to the trim becoming detached. This detachment not only poses a threat to other motorists on the road but also represents a significant safety concern.
