This afternoon, Li Auto’s Legal Department announced that its intellectual property team, working in close coordination with public security and market regulatory agencies, had carried out a targeted operation and successfully dismantled a counterfeit ring involved in the production and sale of fake Li Auto-branded charging stations. Seized items from the scene included infringing products, fake trademark labels, counterfeit seals, and associated molds. The individuals implicated have been taken into custody under legal compulsion. On February 1, Li Auto filed a report after uncovering relevant leads. By February 6, public security authorities had launched a surprise raid, securing tangible evidence. Investigations showed that the suspects had been branding and selling counterfeit goods through four online platforms, with total sales surpassing RMB 100,000, thus constituting a suspected criminal act. The case is now undergoing further investigation.
