On January 6, according to the disclosure by the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), due to the potential failure of the welded joint in the head airbag inflator, which could lead to gas leakage or device rupture, BMW is recalling some 2014 4 Series coupes, 3 Series sedans, and 2014-2015 2 Series coupes, totaling 851 vehicles.
