On January 1, 2026, BYD unveiled its production and sales report for December 2025. According to the data, the monthly sales of new energy vehicles hit 420,398 units, marking an approximate 18.2% decline on a year-on-year basis. However, the total annual sales soared to 4,602,436 units, showing a 7.73% increase compared to the previous year. Notably, among these figures, the sales of pure electric models in December reached 190,712 units, and the cumulative annual sales volume stood at 2,256,714 units, reflecting a substantial 27.86% year-on-year growth.
