On December 30, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly released the list of enterprises qualified to apply for export licenses for automobile and motorcycle products in 2026. This move is aimed at regulating the export order of these products, and it's in line with the stipulations set forth in the "Notice on Further Standardizing the Export Order of Automobile and Motorcycle Products" (Shang Chan Fa [2012] No. 318) and the "Notice on Handling the Export License Application Work for Automobiles and Motorcycles in 2026" (Shang Ban Mao Han [2025] No. 408).
