On December 29, Zotye Automobile issued a statement revealing that its chairman, Li Lizhong, had tendered his resignation owing to personal family circumstances. Consequently, he also relinquished his roles, including that of the chairman of the Board of Directors' Strategic Committee. In light of these developments, the company has proposed Han Biwen as a candidate for the non-independent director position on the ninth Board of Directors. Han Biwen's tenure in this role is set to continue until the board's term concludes.
