According to the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, the registration status of Jianglai Advanced Manufacturing Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd. has shifted from "in operation" to "deregistered." Established in March 2021, the company's legal representative is Li Ming, and it boasts a registered capital of RMB 510 million. This entity is a 50-50 joint venture between NIO Holding Limited and Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Corp., Ltd. In June 2025, the company released a deregistration announcement, citing a resolution for dissolution as the cause. The announcement period spans from June 10 to July 24.

Previously, NIO secured approval as a road motor vehicle manufacturer, effectively bringing an end to its vehicle manufacturing collaboration with JAC Motors. Given that there was no longer a need for Jianglai to continue operating based on the collaborative production support business, both parties, after engaging in amicable discussions, made the joint decision to deregister Jianglai.
