The "Work Plan for Guangzhou's Development as a National-Level Pilot City for the Large-Scale Implementation of Vehicle-Grid Interaction (2025 - 2027)", issued by the Guangzhou Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, outlines the objective of advancing the development of intelligent and ordered charging pilot communities. Priority will be accorded to residential neighborhoods that face power capacity constraints and those that are amenable to renovation and efficient management. By the close of 2025, Baiyun District is set to establish at least 2 such pilot communities, while other regions within Guangzhou will construct no fewer than 4. The plan ensures that all newly installed charging stations within these pilot communities are equipped with intelligent and ordered charging capabilities, pioneering the widespread adoption of "universal connectivity" for charging stations.
