This strategic move aims to establish Chengdu Jinjiang Zhifei Low-Altitude Economy Operation Co., Ltd., a pioneering entity in the low-altitude economic sector. Specifically, Genvict Technology is set to contribute 7.48 million yuan, thereby securing a 34% stake in the joint venture. All involved parties are in the process of finalizing and signing a capital contribution agreement to formalize this partnership.
