Transsion Holdings announced in a statement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the offer price for each H share has been set at HK$35.30 as of October 13, 2026. This price does not include a 1.0% brokerage commission, a 0.0027% SFC transaction levy, a 0.00565% Stock Exchange trading fee, and a 0.00015% FRC transaction levy. If the global offering becomes unconditional on or before 8:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on October 15, 2026, trading of H shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange is expected to commence at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on the same day, with a trading lot of 100 shares per board lot.
