Apple has unveiled its inaugural foldable smartphone, the iPhone Duo, with its under-display camera technology garnering significant attention. Zhang Lei from ZTE remarked that Apple’s embrace of under-display technology reaffirms the strategic direction ZTE embarked upon seven years ago. He also highlighted that, despite the innovation, the under-display camera on the iPhone Duo is still perceptible under color display conditions, featuring a color pixel density of 200PPI. In contrast, the Nubia Z80U boasts a color pixel density of 400PPI, rendering virtually no discernible difference to the naked eye. Ni Fei further noted that Apple might still be utilizing second-generation under-display technology, whereas Nubia has already progressed to the seventh generation.
